PARENTS HELP & ADVICE
If you have any concerns or queries about your child’s education then please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Head of Centre either by telephone or by submitting the electronic form on the website. If they are unable to help then they will signpost you to someone who can.

GEMS4HEALTH - Providing Autism & ADHD Support services in East Berkshire
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Mental Health Support Team (MHST) offers support to children and young people with emerging, mild or moderate mental health difficulties which may be affecting day to day life.
The MHST is a new initiative and the service is being offered to 14 participating schools in Slough.
We offer selected schools:
- Interventions to support young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties
- Surgeries for staff
- Mental Health Network meetings
- Staff training and support schools to have more of a focus on emotional wellbeing and mental health
- Peer mentoring
- Online access to resources and peer support on emotional wellbeing and mental health for parents/carers and professionals via digital platforms called SHaRON

Family Support Services – Slough Borough Council
Children and families can benefit from the wide range of information and advice that we can provide regarding family services in Slough and for children aged 0-19 years. These services range from Early Help, Send Support, Health and Wellbeing, Family Support Services alongside Leisure/Things to do amongst others.

Youth Engagement Slough (YES) is a consortium of Slough based providers of services to young people led by Aik Saath (Together As One), Resource Productions and SWIPE.
The lead groups are all young people led in fact the name Y.E.S came from young people.
