We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced behaviour manager to take on the role of Interim Provision Behaviour Lead. Interim Provision is a short term turn around provision for young people that have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools with the aim of improving their behaviour in order to return to mainstream education.

This role will lead on providing guidance and welfare across Interim by supporting staff to ensure that the personal, behaviour and academic needs of all students are met. Managing challenging behaviours, building pupils’ self-esteem, confidence, resilience and ability to manage their own behaviours are key to the role. The successful candidate will be key in liaising with family and professionals around the young people, writing timely and accurate reports, working collaboratively to ensure that pupil voice is heard and behaviour management systems are adhered to.

The successful candidate will be professional at all times and dedicated to changing the life chances of young people, through outstanding overtly negative behaviour within an alternative provision setting and managing this appropriately. You will have a calm but resilient manner, be approachable and warm, but able to maintain authority at all times.

You will be fully supported both within the centre, by a Centre Manager and by the Senior Leadership Team. When you join us you will be supported and developed through our extensive induction and CPD programme.
